1. Why can't I find my device in the AVACAST app?
Tap the arrow in the upper-right corner of the screen to refresh the list. Make sure your personal device and the OnCollab unit are connected to the same network.
2. How do I change the network the AVACAST app connects to?
AVACAST uses the network your personal device is currently connected to by default. Simply switch the network on your personal device to change the network AVACAST uses.
3. Where can I find my OnCollab unit's IP address?
The IP address is displayed at the bottom of the screen.
4. Can I change the name of my personal device in the AVACAST app?
Yes. Open the app and go to Settings. Under the "General" option, you'll find the setting to change your personal device's name.
