Docky respects and protects the privacy of all users using the service. In order to provide you with more accurate and personalized services, Docky will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy. But Docky will treat the information with a high degree of diligence and a duty of care. Unless otherwise provided in this privacy policy, Docky will not disclose or provide such information to any third party without your prior permission. Docky will update this privacy policy from time to time. When you agree to the Docky service usage agreement, you shall be deemed to have agreed to all contents of this privacy policy. This privacy policy is an integral part of the Docky service usage agreement.

1. Scope of application

A) when you register the Docky account, you provide the personal registration information required by Docky;

B) when you use the Docky network service or visit the Docky platform webpage, Docky automatically receives and records the information on your browser and computer, including but not limited to your IP address, type of browser, language used, date and time of access, software and hardware characteristic information and web page record required by you;

C) user personal data obtained by Docky from business partners through legal means.

You understand and agree that the following information is not applicable to this privacy policy:

A) the keyword information you enter when using the search service provided by Docky platform;

B) information data collected by Docky, including but not limited to participation, transaction information and evaluation details;

C) act in violation of laws or rules of Docky and the measures that Docky has taken against you.

2. Use of information

A) Docky won’t come to any irrelevant third party to provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information, unless get your permission in advance, or the third party and Docky (including Docky affiliates) alone or together to provide the service for you, and at the end of the service, it will be banned from access to be able to access all the information including its before.

B) Docky also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or disseminate your personal information by any means. Docky reserves the right to immediately terminate its service agreement with any Docky user who is found to be engaged in any of the above activities.

C) for the purpose of serving users, Docky may provide you with information of interest, including but not limited to sending product and service information to you by using your personal information, or share information with Docky partners so that they can send you information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior consent).

3. Information disclosure

Docky will disclose your personal information in whole or in part in accordance with your personal wishes or the provisions of the law:

A) disclose to a third party with your prior consent;

B) share your personal information with third parties to provide the products and services you require;

C) disclose to a third party or to an administrative or judicial institution in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law or the requirements of the administrative or judicial authorities;

D) if you violate relevant Chinese laws and regulations or Docky service agreement or relevant rules, you need to disclose to a third party;

E) if you are the qualified complainant of intellectual property and have filed a complaint, you should disclose it to the complainant at the request of the complainant so that both parties can handle possible rights disputes;

F) in a transaction created on the Docky platform, if either party of the transaction performs or partially fulfills its transaction obligations and makes a request for information disclosure, Docky shall have the right to provide such necessary information as the contact information of the other party of the transaction to the user to facilitate the completion of the transaction or the settlement of the dispute.

G) other disclosures as deemed appropriate by laws, regulations or website policies.

4. Information storage and exchange

Information and data collected by Docky about you will be stored on the servers of Docky and/or its affiliates, which may be transmitted to and accessed, stored and displayed outside your country, region, or location of Docky.

5. Use of cookies

A) if you do not refuse to accept cookies, Docky will set or fetch cookies on your computer

so that you can log in or use the Docky platform service or functionality that relies on cookies. Docky USES cookies to provide you with more thoughtful personalized services, including promotional services. B) you have the option to accept or reject cookies. You can reject cookies by modifying your browser Settings. But if you choose to reject cookies, you may not be able to log in or use an Docky network service or function that depends on cookies.

6. Information security
